One suggestion, if you search on google you can do the same thing this site does for it's search and still be able to seach TESC (or most other sites).
You type in a search term and then type in site:tesc.edu (no space to separate site: from tesc.edu). It takes Google a while to reindex sites sometimes but it appears both new and old links are on there. For an example I looked up my planned degree (communications) and found the new link. Look for web addresses that don't have numbers followed by PHP. The new links appear to be all end in .cfm (expect for files like a PDF).
In general, google will index any site with pages not disallowed by a robots.txt file (in this case http://www.tesc.edu/robots.txt lists the disallowed folders). This site has the same feature too (http://www.degreeforum.net/robots.txt).
