I would really recommend picking a CLEP/DSST from the master list that was posted earlier. See if there's one on there that includes a topic you're interested in or already know something about. Studying for a test should take a lot less time than a SL class. Don't get me wrong, I love to recommend SL, but there is a lot of busywork in SL and of the few SL classes I took, each took much more time than a CLEP would have. Of course, that's just my opinion - YMMV

Also, I second the recommendation to make sure that your UL credits are covered. It never hurts to check with your advisor on that one. There are ECE or TESC exams that cover both liberal arts and UL, but they would take a little extra time to prep for - no need to waste that time if you don't need UL credits!
