Not exactly what your asking for, but I would throw out a caution on New Charter.
I have no doubt that a NA school can have a great program, I would even teach at one given the chance, as a student however I worry about a lack of Regional Accreditation. RA is the "gold" standard and you can find a program somewhere that fits your needs at a RA school...so why take a chance.
Not everyone agrees, and I understand that the Federal Gov. has no problem with NA...but who knows what the future holds? Your gonna spend plenty of time either way...make sure its worth it.
