My classes don't add up... TESC ..... Someone help explain it to me?

Here is my Eval for BSBA Accounting. I do plan to take one class at TESC for GPA. And I have decided to wait to enroll because I am not ready for that pressure....But I think with the new July 1st changes I won't be too bad off...I just couldn't understand the credit breakdowns.
