Yes you can. While you are taking the test you can mark questions for review and move back and forth between any of the questions. There is also a question list that you can view and then select a certain question to go to. Basically, the same format as the Petersons practice test. If you go to the next page beyond the questions, it will warn you that there is still time to review questions and then you can go back too.
