Looks like you're right about that, but it includes all graduate degrees: WGU does not accept transfer credit at the graduate (master’s) level. (Transcripts are still required for proof of completion of a bachelor’s degree.) Transferring Credit

Still good at the bachelor level at least.

YOu can do this at AMU/APU though: What's Accepted-Graduate
