Does anyone know which FEMA courses Charter Oak accepts?

Some great info in the thread. COSC is looking like a better option for me. However, I did have a question about the speech being waived. How would this work? what proof would I need? I was a technical continuing-ed instructor at the local CC teaching web design, Intro the the internet, and computers. I no longer have any official paper work, it was about 5 years ago.

I waived my speech requirement with just a couple of letters from people who had witnessed me speaking in public (as a supervisor at work, in my case). There's a waiver form you have to fill out. Then you return the form and supporting documentation to your adviser. Your adviser submits the waiver request to the Provost who decides whether or not to grant a waiver.
