You can apply anytime before the deadline. Just be aware that (according to TESC): "All materials pertaining to graduation, such as external transcripts or final grades for remaining TESC courses, should have been submitted to the Office of the Registrar by [the deadline]. Please keep in mind that the receipt of these requirements after this deadline may delay the graduation process of your intended degree."
To date: Transferred 60 credits in from B&M colleges, earned 57 credits by examination in 6 mos, aced the capstone to earn a BA in Psychology.
