No, there's no class to join and no assignments to turn in. It's pretty much on your own. You can create a free Saylor account (basically email and password) that is used to take the quizzes. The quizzes don't count for anything. They are mostly for your practice. Basically, you read the linked webpages and textbook links, take notes, take the quizzes, do assignments (if there are any. These also don't count for anything except your own practice), and when you feel ready you take the final exam. Once you request a Saylor transcript, they send your score to your school.
