It doesn't mention anything about actual exam availability but considering many sites are now online, then connecting may be an issue on those dates.

Yeah, I'm with you. People here have had unexpected computer issues where they've been timed out or reset or some other nonsense. No way I'd risk it. I have too much exam anxiety lol!

But please note that the times of the outage would be overnight for the USA (11:00 pm - 7:00 am). They would not plan an outage (and this is for system maintenance) during the time of day when most testers/test centers need the system up and running.
I hope many of you are aware that you do not need to actually print out your registration ticket. As long as you have registered (and paid) for your exam, you can log into your account using your smart phone and show the image of the registration ticket to the test center proctor. Save some paper and one less thing for you to remember to take with you (unless your test center doesn't even allow cell phones to enter the building).

Great point! I didn't pay too much attention to the time of the outage, Do all American forces overseas take the tests online and at U.S EST? Thanks for mentioning printing out the ticket.

Just received word that the CLEP system maintenance planned for the overnight hours from late 3/10 to early 3/11 has been changed to 24 hours earlier. Anyone who might plan to register for a CLEP exam late Sunday night will need to just be patient until the next day. Supposedly complete at 6:00 am EST.
Remember this weekend you get to "spring" ahead (and lose an hours sleep)!
