Got accepted to TESC- Confused about the Enrolled option

Yipee, I just got an email from admissions welcoming to TESC and stating that I have been accepted. I quickly logged in to establish my account at the Online Students Services. I could not access MyEdison still.

I understand my next step will be to enroll but I want to understand this very clearly. There have been threads pointing out that one can use the TECEP to fulfil residency requirements of 24 CR. If I were to use the TECEPS for residency, will I pay the International Students Enrolment fee of $3,062.00 before taking TECEPS for the residencies? Reason I feel a little bit confused was that in Sanatone's thread: http://www.degreeforum.net/excelsior...kdown-big.html it seems there is no mention of enrollment fee.

If it is true that you can fulfill the residency requirements with TECEPs at $36 per credit hour under the new Per Credit Hour Tuition Plan, TESC will be the cheapest of the Big 3. Here is the breakdown.

TESC
With Capstone
$476 (for capstone) X 3 = $1428
$36 (TECEP) X 21 (for a total of 24 credit hours for residency) = $756
$1428 + $756 = $2184

Without Capstone
$36 X 24 = $864

Can someone please enlighten me on this? Thank you in advance.
