Homeschooling

The citizens of the country who all benefit from every child getting an education? I'm not accusing anyone specifically of not educating their children, but it's shocking that you can do that.

For the record, all states have measures in place for regulating homeschooling. Some regulate more highly than others. (Although, as stated above, higher regulation does not correlate to higher test scores.) It would be illegal to say you are homeschooling your child if you are not actually educating them.
