It's the norm for colleges to not give UL credit for community college courses unless those courses were originally UL. Typically, 2-year CCs offer no UL credits. I think TESC's policy is to not give UL credits for courses from 2-year colleges. If the CC offers bachelor's degrees, then it is a 4-year college.
