Bismarck State College -- anyone have experience with it ? heard of it ?

Maybe I am missing it, but I cannot seem to find a limit in transfer credits. Anyone else see it?

agreements) may be applied to an associate’s degree, diploma, or certificate at BSC.
A maximum of 60 semester hours of non-traditional college credit may be applied
