Enroll before or after exams?

Hi there,

I've read conflicting things on the question of whether to enroll first, and have all exam results sent directly to the chosen school as you go, OR to take all exams AND THEN enroll and send everything in all at once.

Can anyone explain why one method would be more efficient than the other?
