I know you said you hate chemistry, but here are 2 independent study chemistry courses that look really easy
they don't even require proctored exams

CHEM 101: Chemistry and Society

Course Requirements:**
In order to achieve successful completion of this course, you must complete
two (2) exams (Midterm and Final)
and one 3-page paper.
The exams are open-book, open-note, and do not require a proctor.

CHEM 160: Introduction to Forensic Science

Course Requirements:**
There are three (3) exams and two (2) term papers required to successfully complete this course.

but it also says
Identification of a proctor is not required for this course**
Internet access is not required for this course
