Does 2nd degree require 24 additional residency credits at TESC?

If you get a bachelor's degree at TESC, using TECEP's to fulfill your residency requirements, and you decide to get a 2nd degree there, do you need to get an additional 24 credits of residency? Or do the first 24 units you got count?
