Ease is really very specific to each individual. I find tests on cumulative content to be the easiest from a learning perspective for me (the whole class in one test), but found straighterline's unit testing with a cumulative test/midterm to better fit my schedule (so much so that I did more of these than any other type of credit). To really give a good answer for this question, we would need to know which style is easiest for you. If you don't know (i didn't when i started), i'd suggest going with one of the existing test out plans and try taking a few of the general ed cleps first. That'll give you a feel for that process.

I haven't seen many people do the org leadership, but marketing & general management are very doable (i only have one tecep left for my marketing AoS!). I picked up the marketing major in addition to CIS because of the TECEP options available and the overlap in subjects (advertising, marketing communications, PR, sales management, etc all have alot of shared content).

Do you have a specific deadline that you need a degree for (job has been posted that requires degree, gives a raise, or just sick of people asking "where did you go to school?")? I'd be happy to share my BSBA marketing plan with you if you're interested in it.
