Is it possible that this program would count toward the TESC BSBA?
I read the description and the SMU program requires a Bachelor's degree to participate. If you are asking if you will be able to use the SMU program towards your TESC BSBA, the answer is no because you don't have a degree to get into the SMU program. If your question is if you can use the TESC BSBA to then take the SMU program, the answer is yes.
So I would recommend that you follow some of the degree programs that members have posted on here for the BSBA and start taking courses or CLEPing ASAP.
Also weigh your options and consider your end goals. IF you don't want to use online programs, perhaps you may be able to find a local school that will let you CLEP a large part of their degree, you'd be surprised to find out some of the schools that accept 60+ CLEP credits for transfer.
Also, Charter Oak State College, one of the other schools that members here use is starting a BSBA pretty soon and they are pretty flexible also and are smaller and less known as an "online" school. There was a member on here (KittenMittens), who was a huge advocate of the program. They haven't been on recently (won't get into it), but they posted A LOT of information on their personal opinions on the benefit of COSC. Also another member (DIYcollegeMom), decided to go with COS and you can ask them for their thoughts.
In the end, I believe one of those two schools can be completed in a year if you are VERY motivated.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
