I'm an Army wife currently in Europe and enrolled on the MDCP at TESC.
Cannot say enough about TESC and this amazing forum
Like Prloko said, there's nothing to gain by delaying application for the MDCP.
As long as you do 1 TECEP a year, you'll stay enrolled.
Yes you have to apply and send your transcripts in for your evaluation, but you can start putting your "test out" plan together while waiting for the eval
Mine took about 6 weeks
