CSU Global CBE in Information Systems Analysis and Design

I'd been considering taking only CSU's Information Systems Design and Management, but now it looks like I might have to take Info Sys Analysis and Design, too. For those who have taken the exam, how would you gauge the difficulty level for a non-CIS major? I'd have taken the Computer Concepts and Applications TECEP, the CSU Info Sys Design & Management CBE, and all 6 TEEX credits prior to attempting this. Any chance I'd be able to grasp the content and pass the Analysis & Design CBE with such elementary CIS knowledge?
