I'll give you my dates so you have something to look at. I applied for the September graduation last spring. The deadline for application was July 1st. I received a letter saying my degree was certified on July 21st and would be conferred Sept 11th. I received the email saying my degree was conferred on exactly Sept 11th.

I have no idea if this can be accelerated, when I applied for graduation it said it was done in the order in which the applications are received. Good luck.
