Maybe TESC can provide you with a letter indicating that all requirements for graduation have been met. Would that help? While I didn't ask for them, TESC sent me two "To whom it may concern" letters during the summer - my degree was conferred on September 11 - saying that I had met all of the requirements to graduate.

If it would help, maybe you can ask for TESC to expedite those letters.
