If the certification is not on TESC's list, the ACE website, or NCCRS website, then TESC is not going to accept it. They stopped evaluating certs from students years ago. They will only evaluate certs and training programs by request from organizations.

You might want to look at EC or COSC. As far as transferring the PMP credits from Kaplan to TESC, I'm not sure if that will work. If your credits are treated like transfer credits on your Kaplan transcript, then TESC won't treat them as Kaplan credits and automatically transfer them.
