Thanks for not holding anything back. :eek:

For some of us, this degree has taken a long time to accomplish...for whatever reasons...and it is something we are proud of accomplishing. Another reason for the disgust in this cheesy diploma is the fact that we paid $480 dollars, or more, for "Graduation Fees" and received nothing for our hard-earned money but this "diploma". I can appreciate what you said about EC being a "no-frills" school...they are...but that doesn't excuse them from printing up something as simple as a respectable diploma. My high school diploma, while smaller, has more class than my college diploma; something doesn't quite add up here.

Everyone goes to college for different reasons, some to fulfill a goal or a dream, some to make someone proud of them, and others just to better educate themselves. You have chosen to go to make more money. While there is nothing wrong with that; there is with you slamming others because you don't agree with them. Please temper your responses and keep in mind that this forum is based on tolerance; other people may just have a different opinion from your own.

Good luck in completing you Bachelors, I'm sure it will get you that pay raise you're after.
