Good writeup, but...
Not really. They can see whatever you see on your desktop, and they can use your mouse and keyboard. But anything they're doing on your computer, you can monitor. They don't have any access on the backend, and can't really do anything sneaky without you noticing. If they tried to open anything or snoop around, you would see it on your desktop.
