TESU Acceotance before HS Graduation

Does anyone know if there is a way for my son to apply to, get an evaluation and get accepted during his upcoming senior year in high school.
It would be great if he can earn an AA or AS to transfer to Rutgers. In effect, to start as a junior at the same time he would traditionally start as a freshman. It may be easier with another school, such as COSC however, with both being NJ state schools, Rutgers would have to recognize the TESU degree.

Also, does anyone know the credit TESU awards for the following AP exams?

World History
Calc AB
Eng Lang
Eng Lit
Stats
Chem
