for "Research Methods in Social Sciences," you should ask if Study.com or UExcel's (or even TorCC's) "Research Methods in Psychology" will work, or if it needs to be broader and specifically "Social Sciences." I would assume research methods in psych would work fine, but definitely check with an advisor. If you choose Study.com, you could also do their Intro to CJ and complete both in one month so you save some money.
As far as your note in CJ electives about FEMA, TESU no longer accepts FEMA credits (not to be confused with TEEX credits, which is a partnership with FEMA. TEEX would not be accepted as CJ electives anyway, only free electives).
