Yep, I got a similar message:
The residency waiver fee is for those students who have not completed the Universityâs residency requirement in which you must take at least 16 credits with the University. If you have not met the requirement, you would be required to pay the $2000 waiver for graduation purposes. You are required to take TES-100, as it is a part of your degree requirement and is planned into your academic evaluation.
