TESU is pretty fair most of the time - they just may not be a good fit for your credits that you already have.
If I were you, I would apply to TESU and COSC - COSC may have more space in their degree programs for the courses that you've taken. TESU is a little more "traditional" in how they treat a lot of credits, and if they're not GE, or in the AOS, then there's not a lot of space for them for some degree programs with some credit.
