FWIW, I'm literally *just* off the phone with ALEKS (customer service rep April), 2:45pm ET on Wednesday 30NOV. She verified my account (I'm at 60-something % for Business Statistics as I type this), and said that as long as I finish up sometime this week, and request the credit, "you should be fine." I specifically asked whether midnight tonight is a hard deadline for credit transfer, and she said, "No. As long as you finish up soon, like this week if you can, you should be able to get the credit through ACE." She put me on hold to confirm this info with someone else in the office.
I'm going to try to get there by tonight, but if not, I'll still try tomorrow! Has anyone else had a different answer from customer service today?
