Looking to relocate somewhere hot

I guess maybe just convert one of my Florida rentals into a part time residence a year from Nov through March and see if I can rent it out the rest of the year furnished.

The problem with that is that everyone else wants to be there Nov-March too. Who wants to rent a place from March-Nov, and then move just as it's getting cold everywhere else??

I suggest one of those screened in porches...

Or, moving closer to the sun, that might work too...
