I keep receiving messages from study.com that I need to update my billing information or they will close my account (we are still waiting on our new cc to come, so we can't do this right now). This is annoying because I paid for a one year subscription last year in October and my account is valid for another year. I wrote their help desk and back to the email they sent the warnings from and still have not heard back from them.
If they close my account before my year subscription ends, I will be very upset. I really like their platform and have recommended many friends to them. This is not how to do business.
This is their message:
"FINAL WARNING- Your Study.com membership is about to expire."
Action: Please update your payment information or you will lose access to Study.com"
I paid for a whole year October 2016-October 2017. I should not lose access and my account is not supposed to be 'about to expire'.
