I would suggest taking the TECEP and also the CSU global, as they will NOT waive anything in the AOS.
As long as you have a "course" that takes over the course credits missing and it is in the same category.
You can ask them, but highly unlikely they will wave it. I know they will waive general education mainly.
For example in Natural Science, instead of taking two Comp Science courses, you take a Bio and a Chem.
