Final answer, you still need BOTH TECEP and the CSU global unless you can find one or two courses to change with.
The reason is that CAP-299 doesn't fit in the AOS, plus your programming course negates the "extra course" I mentioned.
So, to be less confusing and to Recap what I said. Your Cap-299 will NOT be in the AOS
