I would apply to both Excelsior College and TESU. I have a deep work background with tons of certifications and government courses in this area. TESU said I would need to do 27 credits with them and Excelsior College said only 4 credits. I took the path of least resistance.
I would take the best deal.

The bachelor's program includes 18 core credits (some can be CC cheaper courses), a 3-credit capstone course, and the 9-credit emphasis area (I did Agency Management and you can use exams for this.)
