If you live in NJ, I would think TESU will be cheaper (Excelsior College is in NY). It also depends on how many credits you need from both vs testing out etc. In this area I think EC will be faster.
My third choice was Arizona State Universty (ASU) if I was forced to take 30 resident credits.
ASU has an online BAS in EM, and a name most know, and a football team.
If you are military the Univ. of Alaska (UAF) BS degree is also worth looking into as they understand military students.
