For the Bachelors level, your best bet is COSC as they get the credits FREE.  They will accept up to 17-20 for your Bachelors in free electives.  Excelsior will accept them, but it has to go through FCC at $88/credit. If you are going with Excelsior, I would rather take Saylor.org or Shmoop courses that are WAY cheaper than $88/credit.  Link: https://em-study.com/emsfema/
