Yes you still pay full price for any TESU classes, TECEPS, and other fees. That's basically just showing how you can use some Saylor courses for credit via ACE/NCCRS, PLA, and to study for TECEPS.
There are much better and cheaper ways to go about it. Although, as some would point out, it's not very economical to pursue an Associate's at TESU unless it's at the same time as a Bachelors.
