You need $9 for proctoring and $40 for credit transferring.

$40 per course? Or per transcript? Or what

The $40 is for Excelsior College to print your Onlinedegree transcript on their letterhead. According to their transcript YouTube video, 

“Many universities insist that a transcript come from another university.   Since many universities insist that a transcript come from another accredited university,  having Excelsior create your transcript increases the likelihood of your eventual university accepting it.  That’s why we are partnered with them.  They only charge me $40 fee and we think it is well worth the money .” https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=y0MrYm9NiVE

What is the difference between this and credit laundering? It sound odd to me.

They also say they have two options for transricpt (but only one they recommend.) I can’t find option #2 anywhere on their website.

I signed up for Intro to Computer Science.  Anyone else getting an error when trying to watch the videos?

This might be because I'm running Chrome in Linux.  Will check in Windows as soon as my system finishes updating.

I get the error when I try to watch it on my iPad, but it works fine on my computer using chrome.
