For me the MA in Northern Studies is free and I can get some free LL Anthropology classes along the way. Since I am wanting a PHD in Anthropology or History and may even have those costs covered at some point as well. Also I enjoying reading and studying but like validating my interests, and additional degrees give me that. It also keeps me current so I can continue teaching others about what we do here. Remote Alaska can really use this and I have started several people on this path.

I guess I'm unsure what my home school will think if I transfer in multiple degrees that have some of their classes used to achieve the other degrees.
