I just told you. They don't have a limit, but this could vary by department. Did you read the webpage I linked to?
CLEP is owned by the College Board; DSST is owned by Prometric. They're ACE-recommended for college credit; they have no official connection to the Big 3. Thousands of colleges award credit for these tests.
You take these tests at a local college or university that offers them. You can search for locations on their websites. While at the testing center, you can have 5he scores sent to a college of your choice for free. You just need to have the school code with you. If you need to send score reports to more schools, you have to order and pay.
