I think what you posted is reasonable. The cost approximation -- does TESU tend to be a little less expensive than COSC?
COSC is actually cheaper by maybe $1000 - although if you don't get locked into the 2018/19 catalog that has you take the TES-100 course instead of the SOS-110 course, then it's going to be close to $2000 difference.
