Hmm, I am not much help here as I have two exams left for this month (I am taking both Today/Tonight!)
I'll then be taking two more, tomorrow night. So, we'll find out what the limit is, I have never taken more than 3 at a time.
The last time I took 3 in a row from Study.com was in Dec 28/2018 when I paid for an extra exam.
Would you mind attaching a screen shot, there maybe a menu or something we're missing...

You can take (or retake) two final exams every month of membership. You can retake an exam as soon as 3 days after your last attempt.
