Have you looked at TESU's own intro to programming course?

It uses java as well and is almost identical to the study.com course in terms of content.
We are happy to have intro to programming. Please dont try to get it changed to intro to java and ruin it for the rest of us.
And regardless of the language the key is to learn OOP and programming concepts.
