If I put my straighterline subscription on pause a while back, can I use a promo code for a free class without continuing my subscription yet and when I resume my subscription, start the class?

I think that varies by code. Whether or not your account is paused, the trick is whether or not the code works without membership in the cart. I think the one SL came on here to promote does require it in the cart.
To add to this, there have been MANY times codes did not require membership in the cart, and yes, I used them to buy courses that were then in my kid's accounts even while paused.
