To summarize a few things I found...
Some application requirements:
A spiritual life reference
A church endorsement
The M.Div. is in General Ministry and the M.A. is in Local Church Ministry. They have other degrees but only those 2 are competency-based.
They require "hands-on practicum" at your local church.
