You should ask TESU if they will take Interpersonal Communication for the Oral Communication requirement.

For the courses you need, study.com has them:

Presentational Speaking is fast and easy with no assignments.  

Natural Sciences is one of the easier science courses.  I don't know which Computer Science courses qualify.

Principles of Marketing is on study.com, but I don't know whether this is the best place to get it.
