I signed up for Instantcert a day or two ago and have been going through the flashcards. Today I tried going into the Specific Exam Feedback section on the forum to do some research on the MIS DSST and I was not allowed in. Has something changed since the last time I've signed up for Instantcert? Before if you signed up you had access to the Specific Exam board.
