WGU's MBA is probably going to be your fastest (and cheap, even though that's not the focus)... But nothing is going to be fast if you have 0 time to put into it.

Other competency programs could be similarly quick -- Walden Tempo, JFKu FlexCourse, Capella FlexPath, etc
